Wliderness Hermits Charlies Base Camp In Nowheresville

I sometimes miss not having distinct seasons the skies are always
so clear and the days are quiet bright the sun is
always so instance here because of the ocean (actually
the Sant Barbara Channel ) to the south and the sandstone (San
Ynez) mountains that running east and west for about
100 mi. to the immediate north. The suns rays reflect
of all the sand stone and the water all day long.
It makes for a greenhouse effect. One has to be
careful not to spend so where a hat when ever out
doors for very long. Also way to our east is a great
big desert. (Mojave) And in the fall when it’s cooling
down everywhere else in the northern hemisphere we get a whiter condition called the Santa Anna winds. It’s a lot of really hot air that has been cooking in the
desert all summer. When the atmospheric presser drops
out at sea and/or the pressure rises over the baron
waist lands of the desert that run for over a 1000 mi.
which happens a lot in the fall and winter. And then
in the summers it’s so fuggy all the time on account
of the prevailing winds that bring a lot of moister
from the Pacific Ocean. The trees never know what time
of year it is and half the time goes doormen in the
summer and spurt new levees in the fall. Other trees
gave up on having a yearly cycle spurting now leaves
and shedding old ones all year long. It’s hared to
teal what time of year it is around hear. If it’s in
the %80’s F its probably arrowed charismas time, if
its foggy and highs in the 60’s f. its probably some
time in July. Which of course relay messes up
Seasonally Effective Disorders. I mean the winters are so exciting that it makes you feel like traveling and
going on a long summer vacation. And the summers can
be so depressing you doesn’t see the sun for sometimes
weeks on end. My voices always want me to what for
spring to break all summer long. And then thy get mad
when I stay on the coast in the wormer winters. I jest don’t ever know what time of year it is. Weal
it’s about March I keep thinking I going to go to the
mountains some place like Big Bear (18000 feet) or Mt Shasta for the summer. Of curse I cant leave the peace
and tranquility of my Garden of Eaton on the coast for
long. The change will do me good and it should pacify
my voices for a while any ways.

My bace camp is abut 1/10th of a mile from the beach. Clues
enough to hear the seals barking on the rock off shore. They sound
like great big dogs barking over a loud speaker. With the volume
tearnd up all the way. Saturday mornings I always like walking the
beaches and sun my self on the sand. I have uploaded some pictures of
my world to Wliderness Charlie's World Picture album
