I always like lessening
to the sounds of water. Sometimes I become so mesmerized by the sound of falling water that I loess all recollections
of what I was planning to do that day and all my cares jest kind of fade away. Sounds and color images do change us at
an atomically level or something. Witch of course could and probably do have a profound effect on our feelings and emotions.
Not to mention our physical well-being. I m always interested in hearing abut how the physical and spiritual interacts
with each other.
