Rain in the wilderness

There seams to be something about listing to rain that just keeps putting me asleep. It must be some kind of natural evaluation of man. Something like the way a cat cant help but go to sleep if it gets its bely rubed by its mother or human friend. I some times sleep for to or three days in rainy wither therowlly enjoy it. 14 years age when I first seat up on the south coast I was determined to stick it out in a tent all winter. Of curse I just happen to pike an El Neino year to do that in. We had 3 monsoons that year. The first one was in Dec. fooling a long drought. Any ways It started poring one morning after I got out and about. I did not get very fare that day all the roads wear closed and when I got to my bus stop. Witch is the last stop before they tern around and head back to SB. Theres usually 3 ways to get to Santa Barbara from my Winchester Canyon stop. I'm about the only person that uses that stop and I usually have to jump up and down waving my hands in order for the driver to notice me as few  use that stop. That day both the highway and the free way was completely washed out and the 3rd route thru UCSB was closed due to lots of falner trees. There was 3 or 4 buses stranded out here. They continued to run every day when ever there was a way to UCSB and if any one wanted to continue pass the University they had to make their way thru an obstacle course of fallen trees in the puring rain to mack a connection on the other side of the campus to Goleta. Any ways I guess I've just got uset to living in the rain during the rainy seasons. Besides I know the more rain, the more  growth of the willed foods for man and animals in my neck of the woods. These is going to bee a very good year.
